Twenty business days have now passed since the delivery estimate of September 22 for this order, number 026-6098238-5034718, and I have yet to receive the books.
It was with dismay that I discovered in my account that the package was dispatched with no tracking information. As a company whose business involves shipping items to Hungary, you may be aware that an untracked package in the care of Hungary’s postal service is not unlike a wartime volunteer behind enemy lines. Some will make it through: most will not.
I believe it’s safe to assume that order number 026-6098238-5034718 is now gone for good. I’m anxious to learn about my options for compensation. To be honest, I’m rather more interested in the books than the £45.14 I spent on them.
